GRID TRANSMISSION LIMITED is a wholly owned Zambian Company that has been formulated to provide services in the Electric Power Transmission and Distribution, Civil Engineering and Telecommunications, TV and Radio Broadcasting network development as
contractors in Zambia with a view of expanding to many other parts of the Africa. The Management of Grid Transmission Limited has adopted a multi task management system for its employees giving room for development for all the key persons in Company.
The Company was established in January 2002 with the aim of achieving meaningful growth in the Electricity and Telecommunication industries with particular emphasis in the Rural Electrification and Rural Telecommunication systems in order to promote and keep pace with the ever-increasing heal th and safety awareness
issues in Zambia and African communities.
GRID TRANSMISSION LIMITED Project Management Team has provided services and products throughout Zambia, Malawi, and Tanzania and would like to venture out into other countries being our priority.
Background:
GRID TRANSMISSION LIMITED was established in order to execute work related to civil design and construction and project management services for the cellular site infrastructure switching, CDMA and the energy transmission and distribution in the Zambia and Africa. GRID TRANSMISSION LIMITED sees itself being involved in various projects including amongst others, the installation of the equipment necessary for the operation by the licensee (Zesco, CEC, and Lunsemfwa Hydro Power in the Electricity Industry Power Transmission , Rural Electrification and Local Distribution and Zamtel, Telecel, Celtel and Cell Z in the Telecommunication, GSM, Radio Communication providers in Zambia and Africa.
